Bus driver and passengers collaborate in catching pickpocket

CCTV footage has emerged from China of a driver and several passengers helping to catch a pickpocket on a bus.
In the video, captured on the bus security cameras in Chongqing city last week, a passenger can be seen catching a man in a white shirt to prevent him from escaping while the bus driver is calling the police.
The man later tries to jump out of the window but is dragged back by other passengers.
According to news reports, the middle aged man stole the wallet of a female passenger who then noticed and shouted out before he was able to get off the bus.
The man is currently in police custody pending further investigation.
