Driver drags police officer along a road

Shocking footage, from China, of a driver dragging a police officer along a road in an attempt to escape.
The CCTV video, captured in Changsha, Hunan Province on May 12, first shows a minibus reversing into another car.
When a police officer comes over to investigate, the minibus suddenly speeds off, dragging the officer for quite some time until he falls over.
According to police, the minibus driver didn't have the appropriate driving licence so he tried to escape.
He was later arrested.
