Police in Auburn Hills, Michigan recently released dashcam video of an October 23rd incident involving an officer and a motorist.
The footage shows Officer Martin Mikolajczak approaching the car of a woman he’d pulled over.
He calls her by her name, Breianna, to confirm she’s the registered owner of the car. The policeman then asks her if her license is suspended, appearing to know that it is.
Breianna Smart says no, but she doesn’t have it on her, at which point she’s asked to step out of the vehicle.
