Selangor Dap vice chief Teng Chang Khim explained why DAP continues to stay in the Selangor government even after the party falls out with PAS. He said this is because the party offer to honour the mandate given by the people in the 13th general election. DAP also stays to act as a check and balance against PAS and Umno.
