Car overturns after avoiding mysterious man in the night

Dramatic footage, shot last year, of a car crash caused by a mysterious man on the road near Warsaw, Poland.
The video, shot with a dash cam, shows the figure of a man appearing in front of the car forcing the driver to swerve quickly.
The car overturned and the passengers, a man and his daughter, suffered minor injuries to the neck, arm and wrist and knee.
"The most important is that we miraculously escaped death, because where my car went off the road, there was a tree that had been cut off a month earlier. If the tree had still been there we would have hit it in the crash," the driver later wrote online.
The driver added that he did not know what the man was doing on the road and that he was never caught by the police.
