We're throwing down in an all-out CHEF DOWN. We challenge two chefs to create the best dish they can with maitake mushrooms aka hen of the woods and chicken, and it’s going to be EPIC. EPIC, we say!!!

In this episode of Mushroom Chef Down, we’re checking out FIG at The Fairmont, where the Chef Charles Imbelli is going up against Chef Yousef Ghaliani. It's a Tasted Mushroom Chef Down. Which chef will prevail? Chef Imbelli will be presenting chicken and mushroom pot pie, where as Chef Ghaliani enters the ring with a chicken and maitake mushroom breakfast hash.

Whose culinary magic will reign supreme? Hosts Michael Cruz and Mike Falzone will be the judges.
