Alaska Airlines Loses Its CEO’s Luggage

At an airline summit in Washington, D.C. last week, Alaska Airlines CEO Brad Tilden revealed that while en route to the event, his airline misplaced his checked bag.

Air travel is filled with irritations, but few – if any - cause passengers more angst than lost luggage. 


Though frustration and even rage are typical reactions to that situation, one flier appeared to be more embarrassed than anything.
