Amreli: For the BJP in state, message is loud and clear as the angry Patel women brandishing rolling pins and clanking plates with spoons are out in the streets across the state to spoil the ruling party’s functions forcing the party functionaries and senior ministers to go for cover. On the other hand, completely reversed picture was seen in Amreli where BJP leaders who extended support to Patidars were welcomed by the community leaders. BJP MLA Nalin Kotadiya supported the agitation by the Patidars and took jibes at the own party.
