Navsari: After a dramatic build-up, for the second time in a week, Patidar Anamat Andolan Samiti (PAAS) called off its ‘reverse Dandi yatra’ after government spokesperson and cabinet minister Saurabh Patel mediated for talks with chief minister Anandiben Patel on Monday. The administration had put in place all the necessary security arrangements, banned internet and social media services in the district for 24 hours and issued a notification under section 144 of CrPC, which prohibits gathering of more than four people.
