When Betty Cantrell, Miss Georgia, was asked whether New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady cheated in the DeflateGate scandal in the question-and-answer portion of the competition on Sunday, her answer ranged from "I'm not sure" to "If there was question there, then yes I think he cheated.
