A former security director for the Iowa-based Multi-State Lottery Association has been sentenced to 10 years in prison for rigging the outcome of a drawing.

A former security director for the Iowa-based Multi-State Lottery Association has been sentenced to 10 years in prison for rigging the outcome of a drawing. 
During the trial, the prosecution asserted that Eddie Tipton purchased a lottery ticket in 2010 and manipulated computers to pick certain numbers for the drawing. 
They also declared he was unable to claim the ill-gotten $14.3 million prize as his job
