Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris (UPSI) has served student activist Adam Adli Abdul Halim notice to appear for a disciplinary hearing on Jan 9 over the Najib flag incident.
The student's lawyer Fadiah Nadwa Fikri revealed this in a tweet today.
In a statement, PKR vice-president N Surendran commented on the grounds for UPSI's actions, namely that Adam has "damaged the good name" of the institution and that he had "endangered morals and public order".
