Dewan Rakyat Speaker: 'I can boycott Pakatan's swearing-in too'

Dewan Rakyat speaker Pandikar Amin Mulia says he has the right to boycott Pakatan MPs requests to swear-in on a different date if they don'tshow up for the swearing in ceremony for all MPs in late June. PKR vice-president N Surendran has hit out at Pandikar in response, saying the Speaker has no such right.
