Furious over inaction over power cuts in the Chandauli village, a Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) MLA and a Collector were held hostage, tied with a rope by locals in Chandauli, Uttar Pradesh. Locals accused this MLA of failing to deliver on promises he made earlier.
