'One way to mess up a simple task is to do it in haste, and an example of the same is highlighted in this video.
Filmed in Jackson, MI, this footage shows Blaine David "demonstrating" how to cap two pipes at the same time.
He jumps up and attempts to kick both the caps in, an experiment that fails horribly, resulting in him (and his hardhat) ending up in the dirt.
