Let’s meet Yi Tin Chen, who has become a phenomenon in Taiwan, and who the internet has dubbed “Taiwan’s Hottest Bean Curd Seller.” Since pictures of Yi working at a tiny bean curd stand began circulating on social media, the stand has become super popular. Translated to English, the Taipei stand is called, “Most Traditional Bean Curd Flower”, but the lines of women snaking around the block probably came there for something else.
