Blood-Sucking Fish Falling From Sky

In a Facebook post, the Alaska Department of Fish and Game sent out a warning to the residents of Fairbanks. In the last week alone, the department has found four lampreys (terrifying eel-like fish that feed on blood!) on LAND. One of the incidents involved a man finding the creepy creature on his lawn, and another lamprey was found in the parking lot of a Value Village. Have the fish learned to fly? What is happening? Apparently, the evidence might point to seagulls, of all things!
