Here are the ingredients you require to make Achaari Paneer Tikka Sandwich:

1) For Achari Slaw:

- Shredded Cabbage 250 gms

- Salt as Per Taste

- Sliced Capsicum

- Julians of Carrot

- Julians of Raw Mango

- Achaari Masala 2 tbsp

- Juice of Fresh Lime

- Mayonnaise



2) For Marinating Paneer

- Olive Oil 30 ml

- Achaari Masala 30 gms

- Salt as Per Taste

- Juice of One Lime

- Yogurt 2 tbsp

- Paneer 500 gms



3) Searing The Paneer

- Olive Oil 2 tbsp



4) Putting The Achaari Paneer Sandwich Together:

- Ciabatta Bread 4 Pieces

- Mayonnaise

- One Tomato

- Mozzarella Cheese (Shredded)



5) For Garnishing:

- Lettuce Leaf

- Cherry Tomatoes

- Salt as Per Taste
