Ukraine impasse: How far will the escalation go?

Civil war has been ravaging Ukraine for the past 15 months, despite multiple ceasefire attempts. Hours before a new meeting in Paris, Moscow-backed rebels accused Ukrainian forces of killing three civilians in attacks. Meanwhile, the US Defence Secretary has promised to strengthen military support for Russia's neighbours and the EU has decided to roll over sanctions against Moscow. We look at the possible outcomes of this new round of discussions in Paris.
