Adorable Newborn Lion Cub Nursed by Dog at Gaza Zoo

This nine-day-old baby lion was born in the Nama zoo just north of the Gaza strip, but his mother abandoned him and his two siblings after the lioness fell ill. Zookeepers became desperate after the other two lions cubs died, so they turned to this dog, a mother of 8 newborn puppies, to nurse the lion cub until he is able to feed on his own.
