Roxas thanks Aquino for declaring him top presidential bet

Interior and Local Government Secretary Mar Roxas hasn't made public his political plans and yet like other politicians presumed to be aspiring for a higher post in 2016, he has been going around the country, meeting people. He says he's thankful the president considers him a top choice to be his successor in 2016.
