Aquino defends Roxas over Tacloban controversy

President Aquino sat down with Philippine media Friday night and talked about a host of issues including the controversy involving DILG Secretary Mar Roxas and Tacloban City Mayor Alfred Romualdez and even the looming increase in electricity rates.
