Mexico: Victims' Relatives Accuse Police of Execution

Family members of the 42 suspected members of the New Generation drug cartel who were killed three days ago in the central western Mexico state of Michoacan charge that they were executed by federal police agents. The relatives of the 42 base their claim on an examination of photographic and forensic evidence. They also say the 42 were not members of the drug cartel. Police manipulating crime scenes and planting arms and evidence on suspects is a common practice in Mexico.
