Meralco stops rotating brownout

Meralco will not implement rotating brownouts after the onslaught of typhoon Glenda. According to National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRMMC), zoning is required to be implemented to avoid untoward incidents from uprooted trees.
