Teenage girl's dead body found in drain

An 18-year-old girl was found dead inside a drain near a football field on Tuesday in Puchong, Malaysia.
Some local residents were playing football in a field nearby the drain when they found the body of Parhwine Lucia Mejia Kaur at about 6.50pm, and immediately called the police.
The body was found lying face down and was fully dressed.
Initial investigations revealed that there were marks on the front side of her neck.
The girl's belongings were found scattered near the body and her motorcycle was discovered some 50 meters from the scene. The body was sent to Serdang Hospital.
Investigators are treating the case as murder.
