Not again...another viral video of cops beating someone? POLICE BRUTALITY!!! Or is it? --Maybe we need a few more facts before jumping to conclusions.

The dude Oklahoma police tackled and arrested in the video is 30-year-old Brian Williams and he's not a very nice driver. He did a little hit-and-run on the I-35 freeway.

The people in the struck vehicle tried to get him to pull over and figure stuff out, but Williams suddenly drove into a parking lot...that just so happened to be located pretty darn close to a police station.

Now, this is not recommended, but one of the hit and run victims then climbed up on the lifted pickup truck's step bar and tried to have a chat with Williams

But this rude dude wasn't done being a jerk. Williams started driving for as far as a mile with the other guy still hanging off his truck.

Eventually, the man hopped off William's truck, but the cops were now in full pursuit.

The cops ordered Williams to stop, tried to block his car and finally surrounded this road rager who had to be pulled out of the truck and tackled to the ground before surrendering.

Watching the video closely makes it pretty hard to argue the cops were pulling a 'Rodney King' on this moron who's now been charged with half a dozen offenses.

Claims of 'excessive force' have been denied by the local police department and the video seems to back the cops up...no?
