Good guy with a gun? Off-duty FBI agent kills ex-husband who shot wife at high school reunion

High school reunions can be awful, but this one in Illinois was horrific.
Lori Moore and boyfriend Lance Griffel were attending her 15 year high school reunion at an East Peoria sports bar over the weekend.
Outside, however, lurked ex-husband Jason Moore, a man Lori divorced in 2013.
Jason Moore then walked into the bar and--in front of some 100 people--shot his ex-wife and her boyfriend at point-blank range.
One of the customers at the establishment that evening was an armed, off-duty FBI officer who has asked not to be identified.
Deciding to act before others were hurt, the FBI officer fatally shot Jason Moore.
Lori Moore and Lance Griffel died in hospital several hours later. Jason Moore was pronounced dead at the scene.
The local police chief praised the unnamed FBI agent, saying it's likely he helped avert a bigger tragedy.
