Asian American jerk causes outrage in Taoyuan, Taiwan after cursing at bus driver for missing stop

An Asian American man identified only by his first name, Jason, caused public outrage in Taiwan this week, after he was caught on camera repeatedly cussing at a bus driver in Taoyuan City for missing his stop.
According to reports, the man and his pregnant wife did not press the bell to let the driver know that they intended to get off the bus until after the bus had passed the stop. After the couple finally pressed the button, the man demanded in English to be let off. He then flied? a stream of obscenities at the driver, even after the man pulled the bus over.
In a 3-minute video captured by a college student who was on the same bus, the man is seen showering the bus driver with profanities, calling him an “as*hole” and a “b*tch”. He also spoke English to the Taiwanese bus driver during the entire incident, and demanded the driver to “say you are sorry”. The man’s pregnant wife acted as his translator and told the bus driver to apologize to her enraged husband.
In response, the man on Wednesday told reporters that the video did not capture the entire event. He said he and his wife were returning home from a prenatal checkup. As the bus regularly misses their stop, he reminded the driver to stop at the stop as he got on the bus. However, the bus driver still missed his stop. Jason added that he planned to press charges against the college student who posted the clip on Facebook for defamation.
