Kim Kardashian Berated by Animal Activists During New York Book Signing

Kim Kardashian was at Barnes & Noble on Fifth Avenue May 5, signing copies of her book Selfish, which is composed entirely of her selfies. Some queued overnight to get to the top of the line, and while many dreamed of snapping a photo with Kardashian, selfies with her were prohibited for the event. While she may have been ready for over-eager fans, she probably didn’t expect animal rights activists to highjack the event.While signing books, a number of people gathered in front of Kardashian, berating her for “supporting the fur industry.” The protesters were eventually moved to one side and escorted away while Kardashian did her best to keep smiling.
