Haribhai Parathibhai Chaudhary, Minister of State for Home sparked a public debate afer he said the concept of marital rape cannot be applied in India. He was replying to a written question by DMK MP Kanimozhi in Rajya Sabha. When TIMES NOW asked the minister direct questions, he remained completely evasive and refused to clarify.
