Kelly Ilczyszyn, the widow of financial analyst Richard Ilczyszyn, has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Southwest Airlines and members of its flight crew.
At the time of 46-year-old financial analyst Rich Ilczyszyn’s death, little was known about the circumstances surrounding it.
It’s recently come to light that his widow, Kelly, believes Southwest Airlines and members of its flight crew were largely responsible for his passing due to their mishandling of the events leading up to it.
