Along with his many other duties, Jim tours the country teaching cocktail enthusiasts and rookies about cocktails, gin and how to let go of their fear of making a good drink. Through the Peculiar Cocktail Academy, Jim leads attendees through the creation of three different cocktails. How to Make the Hendrick's Gin Lemonade
Recipe:
1 1/2 parts Hendrick's Gin
1 part Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
1 part Simple Syrup
Sparkling Water
Instructions:
Build in a rocks glass adding first three ingredients.
Add ice and top with sparkling water.
Give it a stir with a cucumber spear and leave the spe
