Colombian government's peace negotiator calls for end to impunity

Humberto de la Calle, the chief negotiator for the Colombian government in peace talks with the FARC guerrillas, has called for an end to impunity and the reincorporation of the rebels into civilian life. Once the agreement is signed, he said, the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia will lay down their arms and be integrated into a democratic society. teleSUR
