Just prior to the incident, a woman had been sitting at a desk inside the real estate business. She stood up a moment before the vehicle plowed through the wall right behind her, but she wasn’t able to get completely out of the way of the still-moving truck.
The side of the building immediately crumbled upon impact and the woman was pushed forward by the debris. A number of other employees who were either standing or sitting nearby were impacted by the wreckage.
Amazingly none of them were seriously hurt, not even the woman who received the brunt of the aftermath. Reportedly, more than a dozen office workers and the driver of the vehicle received minor injuries.
According to local news outlets, the truck was involved in a collision with another auto in the vicinity just before it crashed into the office.
