Simon Cowell has had a busy time over the last few weeks what with being the winning judge on his hit show the X Factor. But the music mogul was finally taking some time off to spend with his family. The 55 year old Headed down to the Caribbean to enjoy some quality time on the beach on his favourite island, Barbados. The star was joined by his girlfriend Lauren Silverman and their adorable little bundle of joy, Eric.
