00:00According to The Hollywood Reporter, star singer Zayn Malik revealed that he regrets not spending more time cherishing his moments with the English-Irish pop boy band One Direction, which was founded in London in 2010.
00:15At the Zach Sang show, Zayn expressed,
00:45I think that's one thing that I'm really grateful for now that I didn't understand the importance of when I was younger. I didn't understand the importance of just trying to be happy.
01:07I had this teen thing going on with a chip on my shoulder where I'm like, it's really cool just to be moody all the time. It's not like you're just a loser. You should be a nice person. You should be somebody that people want to be around and enjoy being in your presence. And you should bring light to people's day instead of being this negative cloud of energy," Malik added.
01:31When Zayn Malik left the British boy band One Direction in 2015, it shocked the world and hurt a lot of people. The band, which consisted of Niall Horan, Liam Payne, Harry Styles and Louis Tomilson, was founded by Cymbal Cowell on the UK's X Factor in 2010. The group declared the breakup a year after Malik left.
