Syrian refugees fear winter food shortages

More than one million Syrian refugees in Lebanon are preparing for the harsh winter weather conditions. Their preparation has been made even harder by the UN World Food Programme announcing that they can no longer provide food assistance to them. Al Jazeera's Jane Ferguson reports from Lebanon's Bekaa Valley.
