NGO helps Syria refugees make 'vertical gardens' to grow food

As Syrian refugees struggle to survive in Jordan, volunteers in Amman have created "vertical gardens" out of waste as an alternative food source. Crafting mini gardens from plastic bottles, volunteers are hopeful that their creative farming method could help ease food scarcity amongst refugees. - AFP, December 6, 2017.
