University officers were recently sent to the Sheep Unit on campus after a female student heard sounds and witnessed a 23-year-old man inside the sheep barn.
She reportedly saw him sexually assaulting one of the animals. When University police officials arrived on scene, they found the suspect with his pants down on top of a sheep.
The man told cops he was wrestling cattle, however police were quick to point out there were no cattle inside the pen. An officer told the male he saw him restraining the sheep.
As a response to that, the man reportedly admitted to having sex with the animal, but said it was the first time he had done such a thing.
He also told cops he drank alcohol and was stressed about the upcoming midterm. The accused, who is said to be a 5th year computer engineering student at the university, was arrested and charged with the sexual assault of an animal.
