Parliament locked down after soldier shot in Ottawa

Parliament Hill in Ottawa, Canada has been locked down and surrounded by armored vehicles after a soldier was reportedly shot while guarding the nearby War Memorial. Witnesses say they saw the gunman running to Parliament Hill following the shooting. The soldier’s condition is not known at this point. Credit to rustymcruss/Instagram.
