Surat: People who have gone on vacation need not worry about the safety of their homes. This is because neighbours have already taken a crucial initiative to protect houses that remain locked. Police patrolling is efficient undoubtedly but as a part of our duty as citizens; we have started keeping watch on homes during night to avoid undesirable incidents in the city, said volunteers.
