Ukrainian troops, separatists battle for Donetsk airport

The sound of artillery fire resonates through mostly deserted streets, as the fight for the Donetsk airport intensifies, Friday.
Ukraine is accusing Russian forces of helping separatists step up pressure on government troops manning the airport.
This latest outbreak of violence adds to days of unrest, and the delicate ceasefire is further threatened.
Something Ukraine's UN Ambassador Yuriy Sergeyev is blaming on Russia:

"The Russian side flatly accused Ukraine armed forces of mass murders and genocide of Russian-speaking population. Such statements are blatant lies of Russian propaganda machine."
The Ukrainian military is not backing down, with new weapons and supplies laid out in Kiev. And Prime Minister Arseny Yatseniuk is taking stock.
