Suspected Drunk Driver Crashes Into Jennifer Lopez And Leah Remini

Jennifer Lopez, her children and longtime best friend, Leah Remini were recently involved in a collision with a suspected drunk driver.
Jennifer Lopez, her children and longtime best friend, Leah Remini were recently involved in a collision with a suspected drunk driver.
The crash occurred on Saturday evening in Malibu, California . Remini had been behind the wheel of J.Lo’s recently purchased SUV at the time. Lopez was sitting in the passenger seat.
Suddenly, the vehicle was rear ended by a man operating a small sized pickup truck. Lopez and Remini reportedly got out of the SUV and spoke to the male while exchanging information, but at some point the man turned around, jumped back into his truck and fled the scene.
Fortunately a police officer caught up with the suspect a short time later and arrested him on suspicion of driving under the influence and hit-and-run.
Prior to the accident, Lopez used social media to share images of the group’s outing. J.Lo’s twins along with Remini's daughter Sofia were in the backseat.
Her son Max had been bobbing his head to a Drake song. The crash certainly put a hamper on the fun.
Thankfully, nobody in the SUV was injured.
