A drunk driver pulled over in the middle of a freeway while another vehicle was passing by. The drunk driver also made a sharp right turn as the person attempted to make the turn, slamming into this person's vehicle and into the freeway railings. Fortunately, no one was hurt despite the car turning sideways as a result of the collision.
