Weather conditions help slow spread of California forest fires

Lower temperatures and cloudy skies have helped to slow the spread of
two wildfires threatening up to 250 homes in northern California.

More than 2,000 firefighters, with air support, are battling the flames from the biggest of 17 fires triggered by lightning on August 11.
