1 Dead, Thousands Stranded After Flash Floods Hit Southern California

Almost 4 inches of rain poured down in a short period of time in the Angeles National Forest in Southern California hitting mount baldy and creating dangerous flash floods. One person died when their vehicle overturned in the water and thousands remain stranded in camp grounds and neighboring towns.
