Two Women Miraculously Survive Being Run Over By Train

Two women miraculously survived after getting stuck on a railroad bridge as a train was approaching. The females were trespassing on the crossing.

Two women miraculously survived after getting stuck on a railroad bridge as a train was approaching. The females were trespassing on the crossing.

There aren't any designated walkways because no one is allowed to walk on it. The only thing that is supposed to cross the bridge is a train and the women learned that the hard way.

Just after sunrise, they climbed a path and landed on the tracks at the top of the 80-foot high Indiana Railroad Bridge.

The engineer applied the emergency brakes immediately after seeing the women but there wasn’t enough time to stop before the train reached them. He initially thought he killed the pair, but amazingly, when he looked back they were both crawling out from underneath the engine.

One female told the engineer she had stubbed her toe but was otherwise fine. Both women have been identified and authorities plan to charge them with criminal trespass.
