A 22-year-old Irish woman named Mary Downey was recently run over by three subway trains after falling on the tracks at a Times Square station.

She was reportedly conscious during her three consecutive brushes with death. The incident happened at approximately 6 in the morning.

Downey was said to be drunk prior to the scary occurrence and wanted to catch a train ride back home. After staggering into the station, she waited at the platform and toppled onto the tracks.

The impact fractured her shoulder. Unfortunately, she wasn’t able to climb back onto the platform. Making matters even worse, a northbound N train was approaching.

Downey was able to roll in between the rails which allowed the train to cruise over her body. She remained in the same spot as the second train drove over her. Neither operator noticed Downey.

The third driver did indeed spot her but by the time the train stopped, three attached carriages had already passed over her body. Paramedics rushed to the scene and helped pull her off the tracks.

Downey was transported to Bellevue Hospital for treatment. She has since been released and according to a friend, she’s doing incredibly well.
