KFC executives are currently investigating a complaint that alleges an employee asked a scarred toddler to leave one of its restaurants.

The family of the little girl, identified as Victoria Wilcher posted about the incident on the ‘Victoria’s Victories’ Facebook page.

It noted “Does this face look scary to you? Last week at KFC in Jackson MS this precious face was asked to leave because her face scared the other diners.”

Almost immediately after the post was made public, KFC issued an apology to the family and launched an investigation into the allegations. This past April, Victoria was attacked by several pit bulls in her grandfather’s home.

The dogs reportedly dragged the toddler out to the backyard where she was mauled. Now, she’s left with scars and a long recovery.According to Victoria’s family, she wasn’t embarrassed by her facial and bodily scars until the occurrence at KFC.

KFC has decided to donate $30,000 to pay for the child’s medical expenses. The company vows to assist the family no matter what the outcome of the investigation reveals.
