Taser death: Phoenix cops take down violent man in confrontation caught on video

New video has surfaced showing the scuffle a Phoenix man had with police in a restaurant that led to him getting tased.
The cell phone footage shows Edward Caruth being belligerent towards two officers who were trying to remove him from the premises.
Shortly before, Carruth had walked into the men's room and ran all the faucets. He then tried to go into the kitchen, but the cook barred him from the area.
Due to his brawling, police shot him with tasers but they had little effect, and it wasn't over until the fight spilled out into the parking lot, and more officers arrived.
Caruth was finally subdued but paramedics were called because he appeared to show signs of distress. The man died at the hospital afterward.
